Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SubscribeAI LLC (“SubscribeAI LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your use of SubscribeAI, the website at getsubscribeai.com and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SubscribeAI is a subscription-based, one-on-one AI tutor that provides diagnostic assessments, personalized study plans, conversational tutoring, progress tracking and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time. Some features may be offered as early access or beta and may be less reliable.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Users under 13 may use the Service only through an account managed by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, subject to its terms. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose, or to violate academic integrity rules that apply to you.
• Harass others, or upload content that is illegal, infringing, or contains malware.
• Attempt to access the Service by automated means, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Resell, sublicense or share your account except as permitted by a Team plan.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, feedback and study plans. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for educational purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating the output and for how you use it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant SubscribeAI LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and trademarks, is owned by SubscribeAI LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own learning.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubscribeAI LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular learning or exam outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubscribeAI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubscribeAI LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
